Jonatan Habib Engqvist is appointed curator of the Reykjavík Arts Festival which opens in May 2012. He is currently on sabbatical leave from his position at the Swedish Arts Grants Committee´s International Exchange Programme for Visual Art, Iaspis. With a background in philosophy, architectural and aesthetic theory, he is an internationally engaged curator, writer, editor and lecturer.
